Jon Pratlett has more than 18 years experience as an effective management consultant, trainer, coach, facilitator and speaker.

Based in Sydney, Jon specializes in the apparent 'People Problems' that limit or curtail consistently high performance and well being of his client's, from the executive, through to front line leaders.

Apparent 'People Problems' because, more often than not, they have little to do with the people, the more likely culprits being ineffective leadership, impaired systems and structure.
